KHS will still be in Semester 1 when we return from Winter Break on January 6th, 2025. On Monday, January 6, students will report to their normal Semester 1 classes. Exams will be on Tuesday, January 7th. Students who attend 3rd session KCTC will need to report to KCTC as scheduled. 1st session students who have exams in the morning will be excused from KCTC to take their exams.
Due to the weather conditions, there is no school for 12/20/24. Have a great early start to Winter Break and stay safe, Rockets! School will resume on Monday, January 6th. 2025!
Kelloggsville Public Schools is seeking applications for a current vacant position on the Board of Education. An individual will be appointed to fill the vacant position through December 31, 2030, however they will be required to run for re-election on the November 2026 ballot for the remainder of the term.
Interested persons must submit a letter expressing interest in the board position and their qualifications for the position to the Board President, Jane Ward, at jward@kvilleps.org and tskinner@kvilleps.org no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025.
Following a review of the submitted materials, the board will schedule interviews with selected candidates on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. - Kelloggsville Administration Office (242 52nd Street SE).

🎉 Attendance Raffle Alert! 🎟️ Mark your calendars for Wednesday, December 18th! On this day, all students who are present AND on time at their buildings first thing in the morning and on time (No Tardies) will receive a raffle ticket. Secondary students need to be in their classrooms at 7:40 a.m., and elementary students need to be in their classrooms at 8:25 a.m.
Here's how it works: 🎟️ Tickets will only be given out on Wednesday, December 18th, to students who are present and on time (No Tardies)! 🏫 Elementary & Secondary students will each have a chance to win! 📍 The Attendance Team at each building will collect the tickets and draw 2 winners by noon. 🎁 The lucky winners from each building will take home a Holiday Basket! 🛍️ Don't miss your chance to be a part of this festive fun! Be there, be on time, and you could be a winner! 🎉
